You should not use Vilitra if you are using the following drug used to treat chest pain or angina such as nitrates like isosorbide, nitroglycerin, Recreational drugs which are known as “poppers” containing butyl or amyl nitrite that can bring the side effects of this drug.

Using alpha-blockers such as doxazosin or tamsulosin to treat benign prostate hyperplasia or high blood pressure along with Vardenafil can bring low blood pressure which may lead to dizziness or fainting effect. To manage its interaction you should consult your doctor. where you may be advised with a lower dose of Vardenafil to minimize the risk of low blood pressure.

Some medication like azole antifungals such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, macrolide antibiotics like clarithromycin or erythromycin, and medicines used for a sexually transmitted disease like HIV that includes HIV protease inhibitors like ritonavir or indinavir, hepatitis C drugs like virus protease inhibitors which includes medicines like boceprevir or telaprevir can affect the removal of Vardenafil from your body.
